After Transformation we found all our colonies with a greenish color. We sequenced an O/N culture and found that the lacI coding region was not correct. After a BLAST search it was clear that the lacI gene BBa_C0012 had been exchanged with GFP coding region BBa_E0040. If you work with this part beware of yellow/greenish colonies!
